Dermaplaning exfoliates the skin, removing up to 30 layers of dead skin cells and fine hairs (peach fuzz) from the face and neck. It is done with a specially designed scalpel to “shave” away the outermost layers of the skin to achieve smoother, brighter skin. This process is painless and very safe.
